I need a logo for a start up consultancy. While I am registered as a business under my name, Shelley Murphy, my domain name is www.culturalintent.com.au (under construction at the moment). I will be offering team, management and executive level coaching and development services. With a focus on creating a positive work culture, I will be using accreditations in personality profiling (e.g. MBTI, Team Management Systems), DISC, emotional intelligence, workplace motivators, performance appraisal, project management, cultural climate surveys and change management. I have a background in industrial relations, HR and the public sector. I believe most people want to feel that they are contributing to something worthwhile, are valued for doing it, are learning and growing, that they should feel safe and well managed and they should be having fun while working.
