Redesign the uncoded desktop and mobile version of our forum

We would like an uncoded redesign of our forum. A JPG or Photoshop Image will be fine. We would like a desktop and a mobile version. Please view our website on a mobile phone to see the current mobile layout.

There will be three main pages being redesigned:

1) The main forum page:

2) The category page:

3) The discussion page:

The content on the pages will remain the same. We would simply like to restyle everything.

We'll be using the header image, menu bar, and search bar from this page (This is also included in our uploaded files):

The desktop design will be a maximum of 1200px wide.
The mobile version will be a maximum of 400px wide (portrait mode on a phone)
