Certificate Design for Employee Loyalty

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) Australia recherchait pour leur graphic design

We're a digital marketing agency in Australia (www.reloadmedia.com.au) and we're looking to create a design for a certificate to celebrate employees who reach 5 years with us (we have a few coming up soon).

Ideally we'd want something that captures our funky, digital agency culture (see our Facebook page www.facebook.com/reloadmedia for what we mean) and not be too "corporatey"

A4 portrait or landscape designs would be awesome, with spots for employee's name, a brief 2-3 line message and a design that reflects our culture and the 5 year milestone for the employee.
