Shipping box graphics for Floor Care Products

We have a basic rectangular box that needs some graphic design. We ship Globus Cork Floor Care products to customers by UPS. Our logo, our address, our URL and our QR code should be on the box along with some nice design work. Single Print color would be a dark green. You can use tree images or images from our website (CorkFloor.com). Leave some room for a UPS label which is roughly 8 inches by 4.5 inches.
