Catalog Layout-Very Simple Design

C'est ce que David Dobbs Enterprises / Menu Designs recherchait dans leur graphic design

I have about 68 pages that need to have scans cleaned up. I will upload a sample of one page that I have scanned and one page that I have finished.

What is needed:

Replace header logo with the one provided.
Remove all "PMM" logos from scanned pages.
Replace text in the same font styles as provided (InDesign CC template will be provided with character styles in place.)
If there is already a measurement on the scanned item (black text), leave it on there.
Replace all of the red text with the fonts in the new template.

I will be scanning all of the pages and sending the InDesign Template as soon as I accept a quote.

Need the entire catalog turned around in about 2 weeks or less.

The catalog template is done...fonts are chosen, colors are chosen, layout already setup...just need the scans cleaned up and placed into an InDesign file with the logo and text replaced like the template.
