Thought piece logo

C'est ce que Independent Strategy recherchait dans leur graphic design

We need a logo to illustrate a set of reports with a theme "umbrella ideas", concept is simply an umbrella using the colours Red, Green, Purple/Pink and Yellow as per, or close to, the image attached. Also some text underneath saying "ideas". The reports are written in times new roman font, so while the font doesn't have to match it needs to be complementary to this.
