DL Cards to get buyers attention

I’m looking to have four double-sided DL flyers professionally prepared and made print-ready in high resolution.

I have uploaded the four existing designs, and I’m happy for them to be reviewed with a fresh set of eyes. While I’m generally happy with the direction, I’m very open to recommendations around layout, typography, imagery, colour balance, spacing and overall presentation if there are opportunities to create a stronger and more professional result.

The key objective is to develop a consistent and recognisable suite of marketing material that strengthens both Ray White brand awareness and my personal profile in the local real estate market. Each flyer should feel like part of the same campaign while still having its own clear message and purpose.
