Easy Project - Need help with sign color combo and finalization

I’ve already purchased the design. However, I would now like to make some changes— primarily focused on color combinations and finishing touches.

I’ve attached some rough edits to give you a sense of the sign layout. The text at the bottom is currently a little hard to read - due to my my editing skills.

I’d also like to see a version that incorporates my logo as a background print. Please refer to the file labeled “background PRINT” for reference.

Please:

Come up with cool color combinations. Nothing too bright. Want it to be classy and timeless.

Refine and sharpen my edits.

Create a version of each that includes the background print logo.

Sign Layout:

Top: Logo and company name (side by side)

Middle: “AVAILABLE” with my phone number directly underneath

Bottom: “industrialtenantgroup.com” Voir plus
