Giken Graphic Design with Animation

I’m looking to animate a still image of a Giken Silent Piler machine using a reference MP4 animation that shows its self-walking feature. The goal is to produce a short, realistic animation (5–10 seconds) that simulates the base of the machine moving forward as in the reference video.
