The new design must include all of the existing elements as the first one and also to be added the following: QR code, Minimum home value $1.5M , website www.terrabellaco.com, phone number (303) 515-0820 and space for a standard size business card holder to attach to the finished /framed piece. This piece will largely be presented to a high net worth philanthropist audience and should look very luxury and have a high end appeal. The target market is high net worth homeowners with homes over $1.5M
