A pointillist version of a pictured house

Hi,

I am looking for someone to create a black & white pointillist version of a specific summer house from a picture.

The idea is to just use small black dots (pointillism) to recreate the house in the picture. The background of the picture should be white.

The picture should be as close as the real version as possible. You can remove all the trees and the vegetation surrounding the house. You can choose which side you want to present.

The picture will be part of a present to my family.
