Square graphic for social media post

I want to create a 1080 x 1080px all-black image for the quote below that I can share on social media. I want the emphasis to be primarily on the quote, secondarily on the portrait, and third (smallest) on the logo. I want the background on the portrait to be edited so it's transparent and just shows the face of the person on a black background (no brick wall visible).
