Tourism Business Needs Designer for E-book

I'm writing a guidebook for a client about an area in the South of England. The content is all written, but we just need a designer to make it look beautiful! It's going to be an e-book, distributed to a mailing list in a pdf so the design needs to work on screen and needs to be fairly simple and sympathetic to the natural feel of the area.
