Motion graphics to open video: beautiful, culturally relevant, hawaiian islands

We need a graphic for the opening of series of educational videos set in an early childhood program in Hawaii. The graphic needs pictures and words. The topics of each of the five videos need to appear in the overall graphic and then, the actual title of the video segment needs to come on screen.
