Slash screen and app icon for app

Hi i need a splash screen and app icon for a digital compass app called
"Nav Compass"

The app icon needs to have a simple icon of a compass with a grey background and orange colour compass (something like this colour scheme: http://www.wallsave.com/wallpapers/1920x1080/red-abstract/134454/red-abstract-grey-orange-134454.jpg)

The splash screen can have the same colours but also needs to include the test "Nav Compass".

I will need it in the following formats: psd & eps (if it is vector based)
