We need a SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE one-pager to help get our customers to do what we need to help them.
We are a contract packing business.
Our customers send us their product for us to pack.
Eg. Customer sends us 20 tonne of nuts, we run through our production lines to make 150g bags (of nuts) you buy from the supermarket.
We are driven mad because our customers constantly ask us to pack things before we've got them - or the minute after we've received the last component.
We run with 100+ people, 3 shifts on a 20,000sq meter site. we handle 1,000's of transactions a day. We need to be in control. This starts with our customers understanding it takes time to plan, order, schedule, set up, start, run, etc.
This would certainly be part of a Starter Pack (Contact details, Delivery Standards, Account Application, etc) and then no doubt sent out again and again to repeat offenders.
