I work for a company that designs leadership development experiences for Global 1000 companies. Our Leadership experiences are aimed at affecting the mindset, skillset, and toolset of the executives/managers that attend our experiences. To this end, I have a program for operational managers and we want to design a program framework that orients the participants to their roles as leaders in the current operating context and acts as a guide for the content development and experience structure.

Roles (potentially three overlapping circles - a venn diagram (open to other ideas as well): Each circle/object has one word in it - translator, value driver, and catalyst. In the center we would have the words "Operational and Functional Leaders". This could also be around the three circles.

Optimizing Value, Developing Others, Driving Performance, Managing Risk, Engaging Others - These words "may", they don't have to, surround the venn diagram type object that has the operational leaders rol… Voir plus
