Real Estate Brokerage - Sales Promo Flyer

We would like someone to design a 8x11 high gloss promotional flyer for our real estate agents to use in the field when presenting to a possible listing client (someone who wants to sell their home).

The flyer should include some of our brokerage's recent sales transaction numbers, as well as benefits to using our service.

We would like our design to have a professional appeal, with bold colors, and vivid images.
