Restaurant Menu Flyer design

We need a 4"X10" flyer design for our restaurant menu. I have the photoshop files of the current menu which is of different dimensions (slightly larger). We need primarily two things done
- Use the existing menu and fit it on a 4 X 10 flyer
- Add some food photos from our recent photo shoot (proprietary images).

This is an easy project, you have a template that needs to be resized with little bit of formatting. I am looking for the best quote and quick turnaround.
