Guidestar tri-fold DL Flyer Clinic

Guidestar is an award-winning organisation providing dynamic and creative ways for children, young people, adults and families to make positive change and achieve fulfilling lives. We have a general psychology clinic and also offer NDIS services for people with high and intensive needs. We have recently opened our purpose fitted clinic and are now looking to create a flyer to use in our promotions of the clinic.
We are after an a4 colour double sided flyer in a tri fold to DL format. We are looking for a design that is simple and dynamic whilst keeping in line with our branding. I envisage this brochure could use some photos of the space (in a dynamic way) and potentially some illustration. I have attached a number of files to provide further background and also images of the space that could be used. I have also attached the draft text for the flyer and current map we use to send to clients.
