Wireless internet service provider needs flyer to lease property to build new tower sites

We need a flyer to leave behind at customer sites that we would like to turn into a tower location. We want to lease roof space or property from the customer to expand our network. We would like it to read as a sales ad that they can make up to $200/mo in exchange for signing a lease agreement with us.
