We need a flyer design for a new company based in Cambridge, UK called Larkrise Property Management. We are an independent letting agent offering a professional and personal service to landlords and tenants.

I am looking to offer a special offer to new landlords:

6% Full Management for 6 Months for All New Landlords that instruct Larkrise Property Management

The expiry date would be the end of June 2012.

I am looking to highlight that we are committed to offering a professional and personal service and specialise in residential lettings and management.

It is important that the flyer attracts the attention of the reader and uses my agency board in the design outside a house showing "Let By"
