New Electrical Contractor looking for local work

I have just started working for myself as an Electrical Contractor, based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I want to advertise in the local area so hopefully I can create a client base that is close to home, so I thought a flyer that I could drop in letterboxes could be a good start. Most of my experience has been domestic houses, so ideally this is the work I would like to get more of.

Here is a list of the work I usually do:
Extensions / Renovations
Safety Switch and Switchboard Upgrades
LED Lighting including downlights/light fittings and LED strip light
Re-wires
Maintenance

I have also added a couple of images of LED strip lights and how they can be used in homes. There are a lot more on google images if anyone thinks they could be of use.
