Hi there, I'm a property agent based in Singapore and would like an artwork (A4 flyer size) advertising my services which will stand out from the rest of the agent flyers in the mass market today.

I'm looking into a cartoonish / funny comic strip design that breaks the traditional agent flyer layout (As listed in the website below) and yet professional enough with my photo, company's logo, salesperson registration number & contact details.
