Envelope Design Project for Real Estate

C'est ce que Countrywide Sports recherchait dans leur envelope design

I am looking for an envelope design for a real estate brokerage. I prefer muted colors and the primary colors should be white, maroon (884445) and gray (aaaaaa).

The design is for a #10 universal envelope (psd and jpg files attached for guidelines). There should be full color on the front and back of the envelope.
