As I grew older, at 22, I made the transition to the design industry and assumed the role of managing newspaper and magazine designs for a Canada-based account. After some time, I joined a BPO with a US-based printing department, where I currently serve as the Technical Team Lead. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in the printing-related design field, I continuously strive to enhance my skills, abilities, and expertise by becoming a master of the printing fundamentals. Over the past year, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing a team of professional designers, who have been experiencing notable growth. I firmly believe that the key to achieving professional design lies in its ability to effectively communicate its purpose through elements such as clarity, consistency, creativity, a user-centered approach, and meticulous attention to detail.
