Ever since I was old enough to really render figures I became preoccupied with creating people and creatures from my head. Concept art from movies, video games, graphic novels and television cartoons inspired me to create my own art and characters. I draw inspiration from a number of sources everything from Pre-Raphaelite artist like Arthur Rackham, and Edmund Dulac to Japanese Manga Takehiko Inoue and Kentaro Muira. I combine aesthetics from these varying styles of art to create something uniquely my own. Traditional media such and pencil, ink, markers and watercolors are the foundation of my work coupled with digital painting my work incorporate these two different media that exceeds what either one can do alone. hide
