From early childhood she spent more time drawing and painting than anything besides horseback riding, which she began at the age of four, and reading, which commenced at six. Her love of art continued to adulthood. Being a practical sort of person, she opted to study art of the commercial and technical variety. She has worked as a graphics production assistant and a full-time graphic designer, and has spent thirteen years as a creative director. Her design skills and attention to detail have matured in the world of print and Web advertising. Her design style incorporates clean lines, strong visual alignments, bold color and creative flair, often in conjunction with her own original photographs or illustrations. With family in both Minnesota and Montana (U.S.), she is equally at home amongst Ten Thousand Lakes and under the Big Sky. hide
