Understands design tools and web technologies like (Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash) Ensures effective data management for each project Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet Maintains the quality of deliverables Adherence to schedule and processes for design projects   A. Internal Marketing/ branding Support HR and admin team for internal as well as external activities Enhance and standardize all internal and external documents such as PPT, Word, mailers, Invitation card, holiday cards etc. Designs, illustrates and prepares advertising layouts, billboards, posters, exhibits, flyers, letterheads, logos, certificates, forms and other promotional materials Create and implement branding plan for InfoCepts and make sure to have consistent branding in all the medias Create designs and planning for internal marketing campaigns for events like Retreat, IIM, I-CAN etc. To produce detailed specifications for printing and related works in order to allow quotes to be sought Reviewed development progress to ensure final production is executed to the approved design Work closely with Pulse team, IT, HR for supporting them in designing and providing creative solutions   B. Marketing Support Work closely with marketing team to create design for Symposiums, trade shows, webinars and other marketing activities.
