We need a sales website design to promote the product we're planning to roll out the end of 2010. Our product, LoanFido.com, is a leads capturing tool for Zillow Mortgage Marketplace. Zillow allows home buyers (and refinancers) to search for the best loan deals in their area. Our product takes those consumer queries from Zillow and automatically matches them against our clients' offerings. The goal is to increase our client's leads funnel to help them make more money with less time invested.

Mortgage brokers are very familiar with software systems, many of which are really ugly, clunky, and slow. A modern website with a clean, focused web 2.0 design will go a long way to making them feel confident and build trust with our name. Many of those software packages also take themselves WAY too seriously, and we'd like to be very different in that respect.
