Super Hero QR code character

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) United States recherchait pour leur character design

We need a "super hero" designed. His name is QR Code Man. We are picturing a character with a qr code for a body. He should have a cape, and super hero boots, but that is about it for "body parts." We really want to feature the QR code so that is noticable as a QR code right away.

We need the character in 2 moods. One he should look happy and confident like a real superhero. The second mood should be overly sad and kind of hunched over or pouting.

The QR code that we want to use is in the attachments. The code should still work when scanned. We would like for the company URL (www.agentity.com) to be recognizable on the character somewhere as well. Perhaps on some white space at the bottom of the qr code.
