SK FITNESS Solutions is a new business about to open in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. The SK stand for Sarah Kings (me) the owner & operator of the business. The business includes two different areas. The first part is Life coaching & personal development & business coaching & the second part is fitness training in a group fitness with bootcamps and boxing for fitness & I'm also Personal Training sessions. So the line of "mind, body, life fitness comes into play") because I'm a one stop shop for people who are wanting to change their lives with NLP, hypnosis; life coaching & fitness training either all at once in a program or they choose just the life coaching or just the fitness side. I'm qualified as a fitness instructor with a Certificate III & Certificate IV, Senior first aide & CPR. I am certified as a NLP Practitioner & personal development coach.
