Window Cleaning Business Card Design

We need a business card design for a window cleaning business with the following design needs:

A symmetrical arc (drawn cartoon like and not a real picture) with a squeegee from left to right across the centretop of the card with the word "IMPRESS" in the clean white space of the arc in a large font. The background can be a mid to dark blue colour and we would like some diamond sparkles randomly scattered. Below the arc is "WINDOW CLEANING PROFESSIONALS" in a slightly smaller font.

The "Call Glenn or Tracey" can be in a flowing but not too busy font
