High-end personal training needs a business card and logo

We need a modern business card design for a new personal training business based in the Jersey City and New York City area called 'AbiLean Training' .

We would like designs with a sky blue (hex #007ECC is a good start for the primary color) and dark black or slate background. We otherwise don't have a font or anything else. The final design should leave space for:
* A photo
* QR code
* Specialties & certifications
* Phone number
* Website
* Email

We have a rough idea of the logo but might need cleaning up and modernizing.
