Logo alteration and design business card.

I want to make minor alterations to a logo that has already been designed and use the modified logo as part of the design of the business card.

Alterations to be made are as follows:
16-6240 TPX For the top green and bottom green dot.
16-4535 TPX For the Bottom blue and top blue dot
13-0220 TPX For the green outline.
13-5313 TPX For the middle line and the writing.
