Property Investor needs business card

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) France recherchait pour leur business card design

Hi, we need a business card/logo/email footer/letterhead for a small family property investment business (based in Australia), to just give things a bit more of a professional "look".
Saying that, the property manager is in his late 30s, and is a fun, interesting guy so it doesn't have to be too "corporate" and serious.
Going with eg an 8cmx4cm card size could also make it a bit more interesting. Colour-wise - am relaxed.
Also, the property isn't so much "residential" ie houses/apartments, more "commercial" ie factories, office buildings, shops - in case that helps?
Lastly, the business name is "WJV", so you could also try to do something with those letters.
