Beer Sommelier Business Card

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) Brazil recherchait pour leur business card design

Dear Designers,
I'm looking forward a Beer Sommelier business card. I'm a Beer Sommelier and also a Chef in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil but this card has to be a Beer Sommelier card.
I do consulting, brigade training, tastings and harmonizations.
Forget about themes such as rock and roll, motorcycles, conventional English pubs and bellied beer drinkers. This business card will be delivered to restaurant owners and investors in Rio.
It has to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion.
I work using a black dress shirt, a Patek Philippe watch and a 18k 1981 Cartier aviator eyeglasses. I'm a business man and It's all part of the game.
Obviously, it has to be written in PORTUGUESE (only) and just as little as possible.
