Design Fresh and modern brochure about hypnosis

We need a clean and modern brochure designed for our hypnosis center. I have text, a logo, and a single image. I'd like all placed in a tri-fold brochure with design elements added and I'd like the result in a format which can be modified, like InDesign. The brochure should appear modern and clean, but also with a softer look to appear compassionate. The company values are professional, compassionate, and local. Local is the Pacific Northwest.
