Brochure folder for audio visual proposals

We're looking for a design for our A4 booklet. Print guideline file provided. The booklet is used for Audio Visual proposal submissions in corporate settings. I will supply all body copy, logo and some image options although also open to suggestions for suitable images or design features. Also attached the front cover from our proposals that will be sent inside these folders in the pocket for reference.
Hoping to achieve a sleek, classic looking folder communicates quality and technology that we can hopefully use for years to come.
