We are the largest Conveyancing (property law) firm in the state of Victoria, Australia.
We need a very sophisticated brochure to enable us to take the next step and compete with law firms for property developer clients.
Much about us can be found on our website (inlcuding logos, photos, etc) www.sargeants.com.au but our business name is Sargeants- Port Phillip not just Sargeants. ALSO I HAVE ATTACHED MANY PHOTOS OF OUR STAFF AND SOME LOGOS TO HELP!!
Size: fold (A3 double sided so that there is 4 A4 pages)

This can be played with by the designer to spread across the 4 pages. Ideally the front page will be very minimalistic and not mention our brand (or at least the brand should not dominate):
