Brochure Design Project

We require a brochure that will look good as a PDF emailed to clients, and will also look good as a centre spread 2 page double sided glossy A3 (folded into A4) brochure for hand deliveries. Only 3 sides need to be designed. Imagine an A3 paper folded in half, like a book. The front cover should have logos, company name and maybe a short blurb. When you open the "book", the centerfold should show all the text and photos. The back can be blank, or minimal design.

All text has been provided. The 2 logos are essential (ie the company logo and the master builder's logo. Add as many photos as you can fit. The photos are labelled 1 to 9. Photos 1, 6, 8 and 9 are essential. The rest are highly preferred but see how many you can fit.

I have high res photos and logos etc. If you are the winning designer, I will obviously send all hi-res files to you for the final copy.
