THI Brochure Design Project (TRI fold brochure)

I am looking to get a home inspection pamphlet designed which incorporates my logo and my company's colours. I have the logo and the text for the pamphlet already. The pamphlet needs to be eye catching since home inspection companies are a dime a dozen. The pamphlet also needs to be integrated with how our company card looks which I have attached for your reference.

This will be a tri-fold brochure.
