I need book cover graphics for 2/4 short pdf monographs

Titles:

1. How Dangerous is Weight Loss Surgery?
The Truth About Risks and Complications

2. 5 Secrets your Bariatric Surgeon Won't Tell You

I want to use the same/similar cover design a second time for Plastic (Cosmetic) Surgery so the covers should be generic medical, perhaps with some images reference to beauty in the case or Plastic Surgery and weight loss in the case of Bariatric Surgery. You would just change the title block to refer to the other specialty, substituting Cosmetic for Weight Loss and Plastic for Bariatric.
