Dedicated publishing company needs Book Cover with heart and soul

I am looking for a book cover design for a lovestory named "Schauspieler küssen anders" which means "actors kiss different". It's a funny, smart and heartwarming lovestory about a couple that seems to be too diverse - but which is meant to be.
He is a young and handsome movie star and she is the interior decorator of his film sets - an "average" looking slightly older woman with the heart in the right place.
Maybe some frames to reflect her work would be nice or some hollywood decor?
