Bestselling author requires book cover for sequel

I need a book cover design for a sequel to More Ketchup than Salsa (see Amazon.co.uk) that maintains a little bit of continuity with the original, humo(u)r, a SUBTLE element of 'British holidaymaker in Spain/Tenerife/sub-tropical island' and will work for both ebook and print.
The most important thing is that the book will stand out in a crowd.
