Facebook Ad design for newly launched mobile app

We need a compelling and effective Facebook Ad design for a new mobile app we are launching. We have a current design, and are looking for improvements that drive down our cost per install (by increasing installs/impression).

A copy of the current ad is attached. What we are planning to replace is the large image area. We are also open to updates to the messaging above/below the image. We will run the new ads without the video link (just the newly designed image). We may want to incorporate some of the ideas from here:
