Banner Ad for a Holding Page of a Website - Energy Express

We require a sort of banner ad or an impactful image to use in the holding page, while we work on a final worksite, while providing basic information about the project.
In other words, a nice image instead of (or in addition to) using the boring "under construction" text.
The project is a new service, which consists of sending highly trained energy efficiency technicians to homes for a 2 hour intervention in order to help householders improve the energy efficiency of their homes. These interventions consist of adjusting the central thermostat, maybe installing thermostatic valves on the radiators, low consumption lightbulbs, etc. In addition, these technicians will also provide the householders advise for improving the energy efficiency of their homes, e.g. length of showers, more efficient ways of cooking, washing, etc. I'm attaching a couple of ideas (banner 1 & 2) that I like in terms of nice and different images for the holding page banner.
