Modify my website banner

C'est ce que Dyan Ferguson recherchait dans leur banner ad design

Hello

I'm looking for someone with better photoshop skills than mine to perfect this banner for my wordpress website.

I'm attaching a stock photo plus my attempt at the banner.

Requirements are:
- dimensions 960 x 150
- place lotus to the right
- fade the image into white background on all sides (please use your expertise to make it look better than mine!)
- use matching font for the text (but please use your design expertise to make this look better!!)

Should be very little work for anyone with good photoshop skills...
