Web-hosted Math Software 1/5: Fraction Converter

This is a revised version of a contest we previously posted. We have decided to break the contest into 5 parts, so that we can award a winner of each part more quickly, and we can have designers working on all 5 designs at once. Our total budget has been increased, but is obviously smaller for each part than the previous contest.

We produce excellent resources for classroom teachers of mathematics. We have a current project in need of exceptional designs for a series of 5 mathematics software programs.

The software runs within a browser as a "full screen" application, without scroll bars. The elements on screen move dynamically if the user changes the window size.

This isn't an iOS app, but it will run on an iPad in a Safari window. I struggled to find the right category for the job; a "web-hosted software app" describes what it is.
