Homepage for a Workout + Food Tracking Mobile App

We need a design for the homepage of our workout and food tracking app called MuscleUp (working name, most likely not finalized). The app has many uses, namely a "Strength Review", food logging, workout tracking, statistics/analytics, an AI powered form review tool and an ability to ask an AI any workout, nutrition or app related questions. The homepage should feature some way to access the above listed features as well as an outline, 3d design, diagram or any other way to represent the human body split up into muscle groups for the user to see what muscles they've hit in any amount of time. There should be a section for a profile picture, username, "trophy case" with room for ideally 3 small "trophy" icons.
The main colour should be gold/dark yellow (I used #DEA30A) but I am very flexible on that and I'm curious to try out other colours. The background colour I am also flexible on, I went with a dark gray.
